Authentication Failed Error Is Displayed when Opening with Microsoft Edge Browser the Output File Generated After Running RTI - Year End P60 Report Process Concurrent Program using P60 Plain Paper Template (Doc ID 2959421.1)

Symptoms

After running the 'RTI - Year End P60 Report Process' concurrent program using template name 'P60 Plain Paper', when attempting to open the generated output with the Microsoft Edge browser the following error is displayed:

ERROR

Authentication Failed.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under UK HRMS Responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
3. Run 'RTI - P60 Archive Process' concurrent program.
4. Run 'RTI - Year End P60 Report Process' concurrent program using template P60 Report Type LE (PDF).
5. After the process is completed, observed that the output it opens correctly with Microsoft Edge Browser.
6. Run 'RTI - Year End P60 Report Process' concurrent program using template P60 Plain Paper.
7. After the process is completed, observed the above error when opening the output with Microsoft Edge Browser.
