When Submitting a Re-entered Timecard from Timekeeper Entry Form the Error: ORA-20001: HXC_TIME_BLD_BLK_NOT_LATEST Appears in the OTL Workflow (Doc ID 2959493.1)

When submitting a deleted and re-entered timecard from Timekeeper Entry form the following error appears in the OTL workflow.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

    1. Using OTL Super Timekeeper Responsibility.
    2. (N): Timekeeper Entry.
    3. Create a timecard, delete it and re-enter it.
    4. Submit the timecard.
    5. Notice that the timecard remains in submitted status.
    6. Using Workflow Administrator Web Applications Responsibility.
    7. (N): Administrator Workflow > Status Monitor.
    8. Search for the HXCEMP Type Internal Name.
    9. Select the transaction > Activity History.
    10. Identify the activity with Status: Error, click on the Error link and observe it.
