Symptoms

When attempting to run the Lease ECC Data Loader process, the child process okl-vendor-cash errors out with the following:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Using lease super user responsibility, run Lease ECC Data Loader with Load Type "Full Load" and notice the child process error out.
