Symptoms


After upgraded Oracle EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.11 and   trying to open RL1 from Self-Service,the following exception error occurs

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Navigate to Employee Self Service > Employee Rl1 

getting error
