Symptoms

Unable to upload the Budget amounts using Edit in Excel for Cost Budget Financial Plan.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. From a project Super user responsibility, navigate to Projects: Deliver > Search Projects
  2. Financial > Budgets and Forecasts, select working version and press edit
  3. Select Edit in Excel in Actions and press Go
  4. Enter Budget for Open period and press upload
  5. No error displayed yet budget is not uploaded to application.
