Users Able to Perform Miscellaneous Issue Transaction For a License Plate Number(LPN) with Onhand Material Status That Disallows This Transaction (Doc ID 2959757.1)

Miscellaneous Issue Transaction is successful on Inventory forms with an Onhand material status that should disallow this transaction.  

Error:

INVALID STATUS

Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Choose inventory Responsibility
2) Navigate to Set up > Material Status
3) Define a material status that disallows miscellaneous issue of material
4) Navigate to Transactions > Miscellaneous Transactions
5) Select the desired organization and Type as Miscellaneous issue
6) Make sure that LPN-Triggered checkbox is turned on
7) Click Transaction Lines and enter LPN, Item and other details
8) Hit Save and the transaction succeeds
9) Log into mobile applications
10) Choose Whse Mgmt Responsibility
11) Navigate to Warehousing > Inventory > Issues > Misc Issue
12) Select the organization
13) Enter the Account, LPN, Item and other details
14) Hit Save and get the error as stated above

Expect the similar error on Inventory forms as well.
