SSO logout gives 400 Bad Request (Doc ID 2959785.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to logout from EBS as an SSO user

the following error occurs.

ERROR

-----------------------

"HTTP-400 Bad Request"

The request could not be understood by server due to malformed syntax.

 

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Integrate EBS with SSO

2. Login using SSO credentials and logout

3. Logout gives the above error message
