On : 12.2.11 version, Workflow Administration
Attachment delete action from worklist notification ends in error
When attempting to delete attachments from worklist notifications with attachment option
the following error occurs.

Note: Issue occur after Upgrade from R12.2.4 to R12.2.11
Below patches are already applied on affected instance
