EBS: Concurrent Managers Node Information Is Not Updated on Release 11.5.10.2

Symptoms
On : 11.5.10.2
After refreshing/cloning one of our Release 11.5.10.2 instance from Production, could see that the concurrent managers does not show the respective node name in the application.
Steps:
1. Login to EBS
2. Navigate to System Administrator responsibility
3. Open Concurrent Managers Administer form
