Claim Non Promotional Line Is Not Showing The Product / Line Information When Offer Is Associated

Symptoms
In Trade Management, Claim Non Promotional line is not showing the line / product information from Lumpsum Offer. User would like to have the product column populated.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Nav: Oracle Trade Management User (R) > Claims
2. Create new manual claim, on promotional tab associate lumpsum offer.
3. Save, goto non promotional tab on claim.
4. The line / product column is blank.
