PAXINVPF - Baseline Funding Button Does Nothing in the Funding Review Form (Doc ID 2960540.1)

Symptoms

In the Funding Inquiry form, when you press the Baseline Funding button, nothing happens.
No error message is shown and the project does not get baselined.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. From projects responsibility, navigate to Billing > Funding Inquiry
  2. Find project and press on Baseline funding button. Nothing happens.
