Symptoms
PRC: Submit Interface Streamline Processes (DXL: Distribute and Interface Labor Costs To GL) takes a long time to run even when there are no timecards being generated. Also tested with runs of 50 and 100 and take up to almost an hour to run.
The program should be running also immediately when there are no or only a few time cards to process. This was working fine in 12.1.3. The performance issue with the PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events program started happening after the upgrade to 12.2.7.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Submit PRC: Submit Interface Streamline Process for DXL: Distribute and Interface Labor Costs To GL
2. This program in submits PRC: Distribute Labor Costs.
3. The program is taking over an hour to complete even when there are none to few records processed.
