Orphan INV_CREATE Event Generated and Posted With INV_UPDATE Causing Duplicate Accounting (Doc ID 2960777.1)

Duplicate accounting has posted on an Invoice with rules.

In ra_cust_trx_line_gl_dist_all table, all rows can be seen associated with event_id 1.

Event_id 1 is successfully posted to the GL with event_type_code = INV_UPDATE

Event_id 2 is a corrupt orphaned event with event_type_code = INV_CREATE.  For some unexplained reason, this orphan event is posted to the GL.

In xla_distribution_links event 2 is associated with source_distribution_id_num_1 that does not exist in ra_cust_trx_line_gl_dist_all for the invoice.
