Symptoms
Not able to add a newly created Tax Reporting Type Code to the Tax Rate. The List of Values (LOV) does not return a value for the new code.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to Tax Manager -> Tax Configuration -> Tax -> Query for your Tax and click on
Update -> Under Tax Reporting Codes section -> Add another row -> Set Tax Reporting
Type Code = "REPORTING_STATUS_TRACKING" and Reporting Code ='Yes' - > Save the
changes.

Created a new Tax Reporting Type Code.
