PO CLM ECC Data Load Concurrent Program failed with below error captured in concurrent log file

Steps
1. Login to EBS with CLM responsibility
2. Navigation -> Requests
3. Submit 'PO CLM ECC Data Load' concurrent program to run with below parameters
- Load Type = INCREMENTAL_LOAD
4. 'PO CLM ECC Data Load' Concurrent program completed with above error captured in concurrent log file
