Error APP-PO-14090 When Attempting To Autocreate A Purchase Order After Enabling Personalization To Default Grouping Method To Requisition And Document Type To Standard PO

Symptoms
When attempting to autocreate a purchase order after enabling personalization to default grouping method to Requisition and document type to Standard PO, the following error occurs.
APP-PO-14090: Document was not created.
Possible Causes:
1) An exception occurred in the PO Account Generator workflow during the document creation process.
2) Some other error occurred during the document creation process.
STEPS
1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility -> AutoCreate.
2. Query by requisition number and go to AutoCreate Documents form.
3. From AutoCreate Documents form, choose Help -> Diagnostics -> Custom Code -> Personalize.
4. Setup personalization to default Grouping Method as 'Requisition'

5. Return to AutoCreate Documents form.
6. Document Type now defaults to “Standard PO” and Grouping defaults to “Requisition”
7. Proceed to Autocreate a PO.
a. Select a requisition and click the Automatic button.
b. Enter the Supplier Name and Site
8. Click on Create.
9. The following error occurs.
APP-PO-14090: Document was not created.
Possible Causes:
1) An exception occurred in the PO Account Generator workflow during the document creation process.
2) Some other error occurred during the document creation process.
10. The error does not occur if the Seq 11 is deleted from Actions tab.
