Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The "Do you want to delete the corresponding assignment Budget Values?" message is not coming for some cases when deleting the assignment record using DELETE NEXT.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should get the message "Do you want to delete the corresponding assignment Budget Values?" when there is a corresponding assignment Budget Values exists.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login using "XX HRMS Manager" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to People -->. Enter and Maintain.

3. Query for an Employee whose assignment history record needs to be removed.

4. Verify if any corresponding assignment Budget Values exists ( Others (from Assignment form )> select "Budget" form and make you have history with future.

Issue Example: Case where not getting expected message "Do you want to delete the corresponding assignment Budget Values"

5. Delete by date tracking to 28-08-2023 with delete next. The record is saving without asking pop-up message "Do you want to delete the corresponding assignment Budget Values"
