When attempting to access to the page Assignment Timeline under Compare Tab of ECC Dashboard,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to HRMS responsibility where configured HR ECC dashboard

2. Navigate to ECC Dashboard > Click on Compare tab

3. Getting above mentioned error
