Symptoms

Not able to save sales order and getting below error while saving:


Error: ExecuteRequest exception : ORA - 31011 : XML Parsing Failed
ORA- 19202: Error occurred in XML processing
LPX- 00229 input source is empty



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Super User Responsibility
2, Orders, Returns
3. Enter a sales order and save
4. Error is raised
