Symptoms

Unable to terminate this contract. Termination transactions have errored with the following:

ERROR
Acceleration of subsidy income process failed for asset number XXXX contract number YYYY.
Disposition of assets not needed since this is a termination without purchase.

Error in processing subsidies.
Error occured while creating transactions for Contract Number &CONTRACT_NUMBER.
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error in Package OKL_GENERATE_ACCRUALS_PVT Procedure CREATE_ACCRUALS
Stream type could not be identified for the dependent purpose Amortized Fee Expense in stream generation template.
Unexpected error. (OKL_SQLcode=-6502) (OKL_SQLerrm=ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error)
Contract 100-10201746 is scheduled for recycling."

STEPS
1. Using Lease Super User responsibility. terminate certain contracts.
2. The Termination Quotes are stuck in Accepted status and the Termination Transactions show the indicated error messages.
