Symptoms

When trying to preview a Learning Object content, following error appears

ERROR

Hmmm...can't reach this page

<n.n.n.n> took too long to respond.

Example: 100.1.1.101 took too long to respond.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to "Learning Administrator" responsibility.

2. Navigate to Learning Administration -> Catalog Administration.

3. Against the corresponding Category, expand and click on the "Details" icon against the Learning Object.

4. In the Learning Object content, click on the Preview icon.

5. Observe that the newly launched page ends in the above error
