Symptoms

When attempting to add to a Project a Key Member which is an ex-employee, the following error occurs on the form. The period selected for the Project assignment matches the timeframe when the employee was active and working, still the error is displayed.

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled ORA-01400


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Project responsibility > Projects, Templates Summary > Project, Templates

2. Query for a Project Number > Key Members

3. Try to add an ex-employee as a Key Member to the Project, being aware he/she was active and working for the whole 2022 year (example)

4. Select the period of time between 01-MAR-2022 - 30-MAR-2022 (example)

5. Observe error on the form
