Japan Payables Withholding Tax Rounding down(WHT) rule is not working for Foreign currency invoices.

Example:

Invoice created in JPY local currency

Invoice Amount - 113809.35

WHT % - 0.05

Calculated WHT - 5690.4675

Expected WHT – 5690.46

Actual WHT Calculated on Invoice - 5690.47
