R12: OIE: "PROFILES$.FILENAME" - No such file or directory APP-FND-00500. The Default Print Tyle for the Expense Report Export Program Changed after a Database Upgrade (Doc ID 2962969.1)

Symptoms

After the upgrade to 19C database, the print style getting automatically defaulted as FSGReport in Export Expense Report. With that style, the expense report export completes in warning and completed in warning
The print style used to defaulted to 'PORTRAITHPL', which was the default style before the database upgrade.



lp: Error - unable to access "PROFILES$.FILENAME" - No such file or directory APP-FND-00500: AFPPRN received a return code of failure from routine FDUPRN. Program exited with status 1 Cause: AFPPRN received a return code of failure from the OSD routine FDUPRN. Program exited with status 1.




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Responsibility AP Expense Auditor
2. Navigate to Expense Audit>Expense Export Tab
3. Select the Print options Tab
4. The default print style shows FSGReport




Changes

 The database was upgraded to 19C
