When attempting to view transactions while doing a journal line drill-down the frmservlet.jnlp file used to open the form but does not open automatically

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. open forms
2. general ledger > inquiry > account
3. show journal details button
4. Drilldown button
5. View transactions tab
6. frmservlet blocked
