Symptoms

While querying returns for Internal requisitions in the Returns form, the following error occurs:

Error
APP-PO-14142: rcv_transactions_1.event-000: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion

Steps
1. Go to Inventory > Transactions > Receiving > Returns form
2. Enter the Operating Unit
3. Enter the Receipt Number or Shipment Number
4. Click on Find and see the error on the form
