When Contract Rebook Happens with Split Into Units, Okl_Split_Asset_PVT Creates New Streams in OKL_STREAMS Table with DATE_WORKING as Null (Doc ID 2963393.1)

Last updated on JULY 24, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Lease and Finance Management - Version 12.2.10 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When the contract rebook happens with split into units, Okl_Split_Asset_PVT is called to update and create new streams. When processing, the new streams are populated in okl_streams with date_working as null.

Okl_Split_Asset_Pvt does not populate Date_Working in OKL_STREAMS table.

Date_working and date_history are populated on all streams at booking/rebooking/termination except for Evergreen, Investor and Late Payment streams.

Steps to Reproduce:

-----------------------

1. Using lease super user responsibility, create a contract and book it.
2. Once the contract is in booked status, create a rebook copy with split asset into units.
3. Process the asset into 2 units and submit the request.
4. Validate the new streams generated in OKL_STREAMS table.
5. All the new streams will have the date_working column as Null.
