Error: APP-FND-798: Invalid reference PAY_CA_POSTAL_CODES When Compiling The Address Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) in Receivables (Doc ID 2963446.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to compile the Address DFF in Receivables, after assigning some value sets to the Segments it shows the following error on the Form.

APP-FND-00798: Invalid reference PAY_CA_POSTAL_CODES in value set attached to segment Province
Please check the WHERE clauses of your table validated value sets.




Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:
System Administrator
Navigation:
Application > Flexfield > Descriptive > Segments

      1. Query the " Address" DFF in the Application Receivables.
      2. Pick the Code CA (canada) , click on segments.
      3. Setup the following validations:
          City => Value Set (PAY_CA_CITIES)
          Province => Value Set (PAY_CA_PROVINCES
          Postal Code => Value Set (PAY_CA_POSTAL_CODES)
      4. Save and compile
      5. Get the Error.
