JBO-25058 Error When Accessing Disclose Disability Status Page Post Applying Patch 35355763 (Doc ID 2963595.1)

Symptoms

After applying <patch 35355763> to update the Disability Status form (Form CC-305) when navigating to the Disclose Disability Status function from the responsibility Employee Self-Service the following error occurs:

oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25058: Definition EmployeeNumber of type Attribute not found in PersonDisabilityVO1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Responsibility: Employee Self-Service.

  2.  Navigate: Disclose Disability Status
