Symptoms
Cannot change item primary unit of measure (UOM) when item specific UOM conversions are defined in the system. While trying to update, following error message is seen in the log file.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Item form. (Navigation: Inventory -> Items -> Organization Items)
2. Query the item
3. Change primary UOM
4. Find that a request is submitted n the background. (Program Name: EGO Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program)
5. The program ends in warning and above error message can be in the log.
6. Re-query the item and see that there is no change in UOM.
