Global FlexField for "Supplier Location" data does not appear in the payments XML file

The XML file shows no "tag" for this Global Flexfield data.

The output template file CLL_F033_CITF_en_US.rtf to generate the Electronic Transfer XML File shows the Global Flexfield defined.
