Symptoms

Using Purchasing - G-Invoicing, there are IGT Orders that are having issues in syncing servicing agency changes in Production and are throwing an error message.

The Orders have been created from approved IGT Requisitions

ERROR

Error occurred in syncing servicing agency changes, reserving and approving order nnnnnnnn


STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Sync IGT Order with Servicing agency
3. Review Activity History, and can see error has occurred
