Symptoms

Province data is not displayed in LOV in Find Customer window in Sales Order form. Because of this user is not able to identify the correct address to be chosen.

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Order form
3. Click Find Customer icon
4. Check Address LOV, Province is not displayed
