Error of the unreceived ASN which have duplicate Shipment Number (Doc ID 2964605.1)

User is trying to cancel the ASN, getting the below error

The selected shipment notice cannot be cancelled as one or more lines have been received or are in the process of being received.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Oracle Applications
2. Select iSupplier Portal Responsibility
3. Click on Shipments Tab
4. Input Advanced shipment notice Tab
5. Click on Manage Shipment
6. Try to cancel the shipment
