Install Base Association Tab Shows Both Active and Merged Contacts. (Doc ID 2964621.1)

Symptoms

On Install Base Association Tab, in Item Instance details page, duplicate records of contacts are shown.


Steps to reproduce:
---------------------
1. Oracle Install Base Agent User > Item Instance > Query the instance >
2. Add an association contact where the hr_relationship has 2 records one is Merged status and other is Active > both the contacts will be displayed under contact association.
