Symptoms

List Of Values (LOV) Not showing in Concurrent Request Parameters.
The following error is encountered while trying to select a value from the Concurrent program parameter LOV.

No Entries found for List of Values


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Responsibility > Oracle Financials for India.
2. Go to View Requests.
3. Submit a concurrent program "India - Invoice Number Generation".
4. Error encountered in the Operating unit LOV
