Symptoms

Apply patch 34647492.
Worker fails with the following error:

log error: FAILED: file xla_distribution_links_n1.xdf on worker 8
worker log: ORA-00439 error occurred during Index creation.

ERROR

ORA-00439 error occurred during Index creation.
ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Partitioning" while applying patch # 3464749
