Expired Price Agreement Is Getting Copied To The Duplicate Quote. (Doc ID 2964736.1)

Symptoms

When duplicating a quote, an expired price agreement is not getting copied to the new quote.
The agreement is not showing in the UI, but is seen at the table level having null.

STEPS:

========

1.Created a quote and added a normal item, service item,configured item.
2.Now for 1, 2,3rd line added Line Items price agreement as Standard.
3.Now from the table observe that the pricing agreement is populated.
4.Now end-dated the pricing agreement used in lines 1,2.
5.Observed the agreement is blank for the lines1,2
6.Duplicated the quote to the same customer.
7.Executed the query for the new quote.
8.Observed that the agreement is null.
