Unable to have relationship plan to pop up an alert in Contact Center or Service Request form.
Setup of Relationship plan to generate pop up alert has been done as per "FAQ: How do I set up Relationship Plans to pop up an alert?" under "Section-B: Frequently Asked Questions About Setting
Up Relationship Plans" of "Oracle TeleService Implementation Guide (Part No. B10653-01)"
But there is no pop up alert happening.
