AR Period Close Dashboard is Showing Incorrect Data Based on the Join Conditioins From the Data Load (Doc ID 2964809.1)

Symptoms

When viewing the Period Close dashboard for Receivables, the dashboard will sometimes show incorrect data from previous periods.  The query to load the data is not correct in all scenarios.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receivables Command Center

  1. Select the Period Close dashboard and review the data shown.  Notice that some data from previous periods may show, even though the items are posted and the events are processed.
