Last updated on AUGUST 01, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle E-Business Suite Technology Stack - Version 12.2 to 12.2 [Release 12.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After upgrading EBS applications from R12.1.3 to R12.2.10 and integrating with the existing OAM/OID(12.2.1.3) for Single Sign-On

NODE_ID in ICX_SESSIONS table for many users shows as 9999

The business users will usually submit a request to view their payslip(PDF output file generated in $APPLCSF/$APPLOUT location) and the payslip will be displayed only if the node_id in the icx_session matches with that particular session.

With NODE_ID set to 9999 the users are unable to view their payslip.

Changes

Upgraded EBS from R12.1.3 to R12.2.10 and integrated with the existing OAM/OID(12.2.1.3)
