Symptoms
When attempting to void a check,
the following error occurs.
APP-SQLAP-10000: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small occurred in AP_VOID_PKG.AP_REVERSE_CHECK<-APXPAWKB with parameters (, CHECK_ID = XXXXXXXXX, REPLACE_FLAG = N, REVERSAL_DATE = DD-MON-YY, PERIOD_NAME =MON-YY, CHECKRUN_NAME = Quick Payment: ID=YYYYYYYY, INVOICE_ACTION = NONE, HOLD_CODE = , HOLD_REASON = , LAST_UPDATED_BY = YYYYY, LAST_UPDATED_LOGIN = YYYYYYYYYY) while performing the following operation: Fetch from c_new_payments cursor

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables responsibility>Payments>Entry
2. Query the payment
3. Click on Actions>Void>ok
