Symptoms

System allowing Tax recovery from both Receipt and Invoice. This is causing duplicate entry for Tax claim.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle Financials of India -> Claim recovery form.
2. Try to take claim on both Receipt and it's corresponding Invoice.
3. Notice that system is allowing to take claim on both the documents.
