Symptoms

When attempting to submit the Florida State Periodic Wage Listing (Enhanced)  (SPWL)
the following error occurs.

File Type RT_XML_TEST
.xml file does not meet the new schema requirement mandatory 5/1/2018 SchemaLocation has an invalid value

  1. Using US Super HRMS Manager or equivalent responsibility.
  2. Processes and Reports > Single Request > Submit State Periodic Wage Listing (Enhanced) for Florida.
  3. File on the Oracle side is created successfully.
  4. Error is received when submitting the file to the state.
  5. File Type RT_XML_TEST
    .xml file does not meet the new schema requirement mandatory 5/1/2018 SchemaLocation has an invalid value.
