R12: AP: Missing Lines When Clicking Distributions Button From the Invoice Workbench Form For One User (Doc ID 2965240.1)

One particular User has noticed when attempting to review Invoice Distributions from the Invoice Workbench Form that some are missing.  Only the first Distribution line is visible.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payables Responsibility>Invoices>Entry

2. Query an invoice with multiple distribution lines

3. Select the Lines tab, select one line and push the Distributions button. 

4. The form displays the distribution. However, when user closes the Distribution Form, selects another line and click on Distributions Button again, the distribution is not displayed.

Changes

 The user created a custom folder for the Invoice Workbench form.
