ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The "Disable" Icon is Not Available on Meter Reading History page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The "Disable" Icon must be Available on Meter Reading History page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to Maintenance Super User responsibility
2.Assets > Mass Meter Readings > Meter Reading History page
3.View that the "Disable" Icon is Not Available on Meter Reading History page
