Symptoms

When Multiperiod Create Accounting is executed through the API (xla_accounting_pub_pkg.accounting_program_events), the reversal side of the journal fails with error in the next period.

STEPS:
Import Journal lines for both original period and reversal period.
Run Multiperiod Accounting API (xla_accounting_pub_pkg.accounting_program_events)
Results: The original journal lines process successfully, the reversal period lines fail with error.
It can be seen that there is a different sign for rounding row for ENTERED_DR (-0.01) and ACCOUNTED_DR (0.02)
