Audit is not working or stopped from specific date
Example: Audit stopped from 23-Jun-23 for the below tables.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the Audit. In this case, the customer is enabled the Audit sometime in 2013.
3. Did transaction on Element entry value form (PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_VALUES_F table).
4. Shadow table (Example: PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_VALUES_A) is not captured the transaction details.
