Symptoms

Income tax after marginal rebate calculation is correct but it is not shown in statement of earnings  

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply India Budget 2023 Patch
2. Login to India HRMS Manager
3. Run Payroll
4. Check SOE
    Marginal rebate is not shown in the SOE.
