Error ORA-01426: numeric overflow In the Process Log When Trying to Run Transfer Time From OTL To BEE Process (Doc ID 2965875.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Transfer Time from OTL to BEE process from OTL Application Developer responsibility,
the following error occurs in the process log.

The error is : -1426 ORA-01426: numeric overflow

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

    1. Using OTL Application Developer responsibility.

    2. Navigate to Process and Reports > Submit Requests > Single Request > OK.
     
    3. Run the Transfer Time from OTL to BEE process > Fill in the parameters > OK > Submit.

    4. Navigate to View > Requests > Find.

    5. Check the log.
